The idea for NEWWORK was as an answer to a pressing question: What will work look like in the age of AI?

When leading minds of the software industry came together in 2023 in Palo Alto to launch the NEWWORK project, the direction was clear from the very beginning: to develop a completely new 360-degree enterprise solution, built from the ground up on a consistent and uncompromising AI vision.

A team of former SAP and Workday experts, together with the NEWWORK AI team, defined a radical approach: to create a next-level Digital Workforce Platform capable of complementing, and ultimately replacing, the heterogeneous world of legacy systems and silos with an end-to-end AI solution that opens the door to the autonomous enterprise of the future.

Today, NEWWORK’s Digital Workforce Platform can be deployed immediately into existing application landscapes, while already delivering the full functionality required for the enterprise of the future.
